Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

At DuBois Chemicals, we're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to our business. As a Reach Truck Operator, you'll play a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate reach trucks and other equipment to move products and materials within the warehouse
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of customer products
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate in product counting, relocation, and inventory processes to maintain accurate records
  • Perform warehouse cleaning and equipment maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and consistent warehouse operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution facility
  • 1-2 years of experience operating a high-lift reach truck
  • Experience with warehouse management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to read and write load diagrams, shipping orders, and work instructions
  • Pass a forklift driving exam (pre-offer)
