About Us

Torchy's Tacos is a fast-growing restaurant chain that's passionate about serving Damn Good tacos. We're looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team and provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing Bartender to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As a Bartender at Torchy's Tacos, you'll be responsible for providing a full-service experience to our guests, including menu knowledge and cocktail preparation. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for mixing creative cocktails, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

  1. Provide a Damn Good full-service experience to our guests every single time.
  2. Build rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.
  3. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  4. Complete opening or closing responsibilities, including maintaining a clean and presentable bar area throughout your shift.
  5. Mix creative Torchy's Tacos signature beverages.
  6. Understand and abide by state alcohol-server, Food Handling, and Torchy's policies concerning alcohol consumption and safety procedures.
  7. Open and maintain tabs throughout your shift using our point of sale system.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender.
  • A current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.).
  • Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
