About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Sales Representative to join our team at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing construction specifications for our Hadrian product portfolio in the NJ/NYC territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, specification writers, and other industry professionals to influence the inclusion of our products in project specifications.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to create compelling value propositions for specifiers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of specification initiatives.
  • Provide architectural design expertise to drive market share and support the larger project bidding pipeline.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of specification experience in Division 10 or related field, ideally in a technical support/construction sales role.
  • Understanding of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and design visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of CRM and Construction software (Dodge, Construct Connect).
  • AIA/CSI Membership an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
