Today, we face a monumental shift as global supply chains crumble and reshoring becomes a necessity. The demand for skilled laborers, including welders, has skyrocketed. At Western Welding Academy, we see this as our mission: to equip the next generation with the skills they need to thrive and build strong careers.
Compensation Package
$60,000 - $90,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits, including:

Job Description
We are seeking a sales ambassador to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a key member of our Student Selection Team, you will be responsible for fostering connections with prospective students and their families, clearly communicating the value of our training, and guiding candidates through the enrollment process.
Your success in this role will directly contribute to achieving our mission of preparing the next generation of skilled welders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and other outreach efforts.
- Develop strong relationships with students and parents, understanding their goals and providing clear, compelling information about Western Welding Academy.
- Use your sales expertise to meet and exceed individual enrollment targets.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students, addressing concerns and providing encouragement throughout the enrollment process.
- Work closely with the Student Selection Team to ensure a seamless enrollment experience for all candidates.
- Maintain accurate student records, track performance metrics, and meet reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- A self-starter who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with students or in the education sector is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software is required.
Schedule
- Day shift 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Monday to Friday (in-office)
