Production Assembler

Cobalt Truck Equipment is seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our production teams in various locations. As a Production Assembler, you will work on the production line installing components as part of custom upfitting of service trucks.
Key Responsibilities:- Work proficiently in 1-2 workstations.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of current/future standard operating procedures (SOP's) and safety procedures.
- Utilize assembly tools.
- Complete wiring of components.
- Handle sharp cutting tools/objects.
- Complete assigned tasks within allotted time.
- Identify and promptly communicate problems with quality, processes, materials, and equipment.
- Produce minimal waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Document work accurately.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
The Production Assembler may be subject to standing long hours with repeated bending, lifting, and squatting. The Production Assembler must be adept at fine motor skill manipulation with both hands. In addition, the Production Assembler must write, speak, and understand English.
