Composite Materials Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Composite Technician to join our team at our Renton location. As a Composite Technician, you will be responsible for producing and developing composite materials to enhance quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in composite manufacturing or related fields and be able to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and written instructions with limited supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing composite components for assembly
- Manufacturing composite components using layup and bladder molding practices
- Performing repairs on composite components
- Inspecting and testing composite components for defects
- Maintaining and troubleshooting composite assembly equipment
Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED certificate and 1-3 years of work-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
