Clinical Pharmacist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to join our team at Soleo Health Inc. in Dublin, OH.
As a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, you will provide clinical pharmacy services relative to chronic and traditional acute infusion therapies, including conducting sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring activities.
The estimated salary for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job:
You will work closely with our nursing, intake/admissions, reimbursement, sales, and marketing teams to ensure an efficient customer-focused approach and optimal clinical patient outcomes.
This includes providing direct supervision to pharmacy technicians and pharmacy support personnel, ensuring compliance in all areas as outlined above.
In addition, you will play an active role in supporting our Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience working with a specialty home infusion company or in a hospital setting with primary responsibilities working within the pharmacy IV room.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or R.Ph. with appropriate clinical experience.
- Applicable active state licensure.
- Infusion experience required.
- Efficiency in CPR+/Care Tend is desired.
- Excellent clinical and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
