As a Restaurant Supervisor at Delaware North, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and clean environment for guests and team members. This includes maintaining a well-stocked venue with all necessary products and supplies, as well as adhering to departmental and organizational policies and procedures.

Lead and Train Team Members

You will assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks, while also assisting managers in team member training and compliance. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve service complaints, review operational areas in need of attention, and assist in managing staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume.

Provide Excellent Guest Service

You will greet guests positively, professionally, and as an individual, and monitor guests' and team members' needs within your assigned area.

", "Qualifications": "Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years of age or older and have experience working in a restaurant. Two years of supervisory experience is beneficial, but not required. You must also be self-motivated, have superior organization and guest service abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relation skills.

Physical Requirements

You must be able to carry up to 35 lbs and stand, walk, bend for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms.
