Responsibilities:
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance safety, quality, cost, and scheduling.
  • Identify and implement solutions for production and process needs.
  • Perform hands-on activities, including tool control, 5S systems, Kaizen projects, and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Set up and procure equipment, tools, and aids for production work areas.
  • Support Industrial Engineers in routine work and assignments.
  • Read and teach others to interpret production KPIs and charts.
  • Perform math and measurement functions.
  • Collect and present data in an understandable format.
Requirements:
  • US citizenship.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 to 4 years of manufacturing experience.
  • 50lb lift requirement.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
