Position Overview

The Marketing Director is a pivotal leadership role tasked with steering the company's comprehensive marketing initiatives and enhancing lead generation strategies to drive business expansion. This role calls for a proactive individual with substantial expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and data-driven decision-making to design and implement marketing programs that align with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1.Strategic Marketing Development


• Formulate and execute holistic marketing strategies that resonate with the company's business ambitions.


• Oversee the development and implementation of lead generation tactics, including digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email outreach, and social media initiatives.


• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize marketing efforts and allocate resources efficiently.

2.Lead Generation Management


• Design and oversee lead generation programs aimed at funneling qualified leads into the sales pipeline.


• Leverage various channels such as PPC, social media advertising, webinars, events, and partnerships to cultivate and nurture leads.


• Develop and refine lead scoring and nurturing processes utilizing marketing automation tools.

3.Digital Marketing Leadership


• Spearhead the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


• Monitor and assess digital marketing performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.


• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing to maintain the company's competitive edge.

4.Content Strategy Oversight


• Supervise the production of high-quality, engaging content that attracts and converts target demographics.


• Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice, messaging, and overarching marketing strategy.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and disseminate content across various platforms.

5.Performance Analytics


• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

1.Education and Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.


• Proven success in implementing lead generation and demand generation strategies.


• Experience in the Sports Performance or Fitness sectors is preferred.

• Lead a team to secure 80 outbound onsite appointments for sales staff monthly.


• Monitor digital marketing performance (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, SEO rankings).


• Evaluate ROI on marketing campaigns.


• Assess brand awareness and market positioning.


• Evaluate team performance and development.
