Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service and support
  • Assist customers in-person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products and services
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Maintain accurate work order files and formulas
  • Assist with stocking, product mixing, tinting, setting up displays, and store equipment maintenance
  • Load/unload delivery trucks and make deliveries when needed
  • Maintain assigned areas in an in-stock and presentable condition
  • Stay knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Suggest ways to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Internal candidates must have received at least a meets expectations (3) rating on the most recent performance appraisal and completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for the current position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • At least a High School diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
