Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Snack Merchandiser to join our team at Mondelez International. As a Snack Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising our snack products in retail stores, building relationships with store employees, and ensuring our products are well-represented on store shelves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise snack products in retail stores, including stocking shelves and maintaining displays.
  • Build relationships with store employees to ensure our products are well-represented and meet customer needs.
  • Communicate with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products on store shelves and construct promotional displays.
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
  • Ensure our leading brands, such as Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy, are well-represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez' guidelines.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
  • Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet the defined physical activities, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
