Day Porter Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Day Porters to join our team. As a Day Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our client properties. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks designed to ensure a positive experience for tenants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restroom sanitation.
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Clean exterior surfaces such as windows, windowsills, and doors.
- Remove debris, spills, and other unsightly elements from public areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a janitorial or custodial role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
