Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized training plans for clients
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients
  • Conduct regular assessments to track client progress and adjust training plans as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques

Requirements:
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification
  • Experience working with clients of all fitness levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education Level:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Certifications:
  • American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certification
  • American Council on Exercise (ACE) certification
  • Other nationally recognized certifications may be considered

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
