Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional client service and communicate effectively with clients to understand their tax needs and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
- Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.
