Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper & Payroll Processor to join our team at American Tax & Payroll Services. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Process payroll, including calculating wages, benefits, and taxes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and labor regulations
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
