We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper & Payroll Processor to join our team at American Tax & Payroll Services. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Process payroll, including calculating wages, benefits, and taxes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and labor regulations
- Perform data entry and administrative duties as needed
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
