POSITION OVERVIEW
  • Oversee and manage the daily functions of the nursing division
  • Administer prescribed medications and evaluate patient symptoms
  • Act as the Registered Nurse for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team
  • Provide a comprehensive range of nursing services
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Program Manager with daily operational tasks
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to develop and enforce new protocols
  • Coordinate services for clients effectively
  • Engage in crisis intervention and provide mentorship
  • Conduct thorough assessments and manage medication administration
  • Ensure adherence to medical standards and regulations
REQUIREMENTS
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in California
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capability to manage emergencies
  • Excellent communication abilities and capacity to work autonomously or within a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred
