Job Overview

As a Facility Maintenance Specialist, your primary role will be to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the Best Buy facility. This encompasses routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, debris removal, trash disposal, window cleaning, bathroom sanitation, and maintaining organized spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of the building
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as necessary, including floor buffing, shampooing, and stain removal
  • Identify maintenance needs and report them accordingly
Essential Qualifications
  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds, with or without accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with mechanical cleaning equipment, such as power scrubbers and shampooers
  • Previous janitorial experience
