Job Summary

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor in running the office and assisting with patient care. You will be responsible for answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and explaining fees to patients. You will also assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments and perform data entry in the clinic's computer systems.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone and greet patients when they enter the clinic
  • Schedule patient appointments and explain fees to patients
  • Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
  • Perform data entry in the clinic's computer systems
  • Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment
  • Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment
  • Assist with insurance verification

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results
  • Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask
  • Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Working understanding of health insurance in California
