Job Overview:
The University at Buffalo is seeking a highly skilled Research Nurse to join its Transplantation Immunosuppressive Pharmacology Research Program (TIPRP). As a key member of the research team, you will contribute to the program's success by conducting clinical research studies and providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience working in a research setting.

About the Position:
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of independence and autonomy. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating clinical trials, as well as collecting and analyzing data. You will work closely with the research team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure the successful completion of studies. In addition, you will provide expert nursing care to patients participating in clinical trials, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the study process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement clinical trials according to established protocols
- Conduct research studies and collect data
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure successful study completion
- Provide expert nursing care to patients participating in clinical trials
- Develop and maintain accurate records of study progress and patient data

Requirements:
- RN license in the state of New York
- BSN or MSN degree in nursing
- 2+ years of experience in a research setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
