Summary

We are looking for a skilled Oncology Nurse to coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in our Ambulatory Services - Transplant & Cellular Therapy Clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in oncology nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the nursing process and be able to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care. They will provide individual assistance to patients, families, and caregivers throughout the course of treatment. Additionally, they will organize multi-disciplinary and/or multi-centered care, facilitate effective communication with care providers, and provide education for patients within their primary disease site.
