Job Title: Trailer Assembler

At Aerotek, we are seeking a skilled Trailer Assembler to join our team in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for the final assembly of custom-designed, custom-made heavy haul trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble trailers from blueprints, ensuring proper installation and assembly for safe trailer operation.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Cross-train in paint prep/blasting and possibly welding/fabrication to meet the demands of the role.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal training due to high workload.

Work Environment:

Work in shop and assembly shop environments; exposure to loud and cold/hot conditions. Steel toes required. 1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, M-F with potential for additional hours. No cellphone policy on the floor due to proprietary information.
