The Learning Experience #137 is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging classroom environment for young children to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues.
- Support the center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
- One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
- An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
