Tu Impacto
- Participar y coordinar la colaboración con partes interesadas internas y externas para diversos proyectos e iniciativas de análisis de datos.
- Colaborar con equipos interdisciplinarios, partes interesadas y proveedores para definir objetivos del proyecto, entregables y criterios de éxito.
- Planificar, organizar y gestionar esfuerzos de análisis de datos desde su inicio hasta su finalización, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad.
- Coordinar evaluaciones hidrológicas, análisis de datos estadísticos y modelado para apoyar los objetivos del proyecto.
- Co-liderar actividades para analizar tendencias a largo plazo en métricas de resiliencia hídrica y climática, incluyendo documentación y redacción de informes, desarrollo de contenido para publicación en línea y coordinación de actividades de grupos de trabajo sobre métricas.
- Gestionar contratos relacionados con proyectos de análisis de datos, supervisando tareas de gestión de proyectos y revisando y desarrollando entregables.
- Preparar y presentar propuestas de proyectos, informes de progreso y hallazgos a partes interesadas y a la dirección.
- Gestionar recursos del proyecto, incluyendo presupuestos, programación y adquisición de recursos o servicios según sea necesario.
- Trabajar con equipos multifuncionales en la ejecución del trabajo del proyecto.
- Preparar e implementar Planes de Salud y Seguridad en el Sitio (HASPs).
- Cumplir con los requisitos regulatorios relacionados con la integridad de los datos, documentación, procedimientos, capacitación, sistemas de monitoreo y cumplimiento y retención de registros.
- Interactuar con agencias regulatorias, subcontratistas y clientes de manera confiada y profesional.
- Mantenerse actualizado en las últimas técnicas de ingeniería ambiental.
- Ejercer una toma de decisiones responsable y ética respecto a los fondos y recursos de la empresa, y adherirse al Código de Conducta de WSP y políticas y procedimientos relacionados.

Calificaciones Requeridas
- Título de licenciatura o maestría en Hidrología, Estadística, Ciencia de Datos, Ciencias Ambientales o un campo relacionado.
- De 5 a 7 años de experiencia relevante posterior a la educación en ingeniería de recursos hídricos.
- Experiencia comprobada (mínimo 5 años) en gestión de proyectos dentro del sector de análisis de datos o ambiental.
- Fuerte dominio de herramientas de análisis estadístico (por ejemplo, R, Python, MATLAB) y software de análisis de datos preferido.
- Conocimiento de software de modelado hidrológico y software GIS preferido.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas con la capacidad de interpretar datos y tendencias complejas para informar la toma de decisiones.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectivas con la capacidad de interactuar con confianza con miembros del equipo, partes interesadas y proveedores.
- Certificación en gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, PMP) es un plus.
- Capacidad para dirigir de manera asertiva a otros en el campo, como subcontratistas y otros, para completar tareas de manera segura y eficiente.
- Historial comprobado de mantener la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo y capacidad para cumplir con las políticas de salud, seguridad y drogas/alcohol y acoso de WSP.
- Capacidad para trabajar en horarios que se adapten a los requisitos específicos del proyecto que pueden extenderse más allá de la semana laboral típica.
- Puede ser necesario viajar ocasionalmente dependiendo de los requisitos específicos del proyecto.
- Título de Maestría en Ingeniería.
- Licencia/certificación profesional esencial.
- Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos pequeños a medianos.
- Capacitación de 40 horas en Salud y Seguridad de OSHA (HAZWOPER) (29 CFR preferido).
- Capacitación básica en Primeros Auxilios y RCP para adultos deseada.
