Position Summary

The Internal Systems Engineer will report directly to the Manager of Internal Systems Engineering/Senior Manager. This role involves close collaboration with the Inside Sales team to educate, inform, and influence partners, resellers, and end-users regarding our product solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate Veeam's messaging to various stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver engaging content and demonstrations that align with Veeam's messaging.
  • Conduct virtual presentations and demonstrations for customers.
  • Oversee and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) to successful technical closure.
  • Assist in lead generation initiatives such as events, webinars, and user groups.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business goals into technical specifications.
  • Provide independent consultation to the customer base, offering technical insights on data protection.
  • Work in tandem with the sales team to secure new partnerships and clientele.
  • Coordinate with Product Management to relay customer feedback effectively.
  • Deliver pre-sales support to clients evaluating Veeam software solutions.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, technically proficient Internal Systems Engineer with a proven ability to collaborate with various teams within the sales and support framework to drive sales success.
  • This role necessitates a strong background in formulating architectural strategies that guide customers towards adopting Veeam technologies.
