Role Responsibilities:

As a Residential Electrical Technician with Mister Sparky Electric, your duties will include:

  • Conducting inspections, installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical wiring and fixtures in residential environments.
  • Engaging with clients to clarify project scopes and the solutions we provide, while adhering to our stringent safety and quality standards.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, management, and dispatch to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Providing precise estimates and completing installations efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Complying with national and local electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace and promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions.
  • Utilizing and caring for tools and equipment in accordance with established protocols.
  • Following safety procedures and actively participating in safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience with a solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety protocols.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to following safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical stamina to manage demanding tasks and the flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Compensation:

Our Residential Electrical Technicians earn between $65,000 and $85,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $85,000. With our uncapped earning potential, the possibilities are endless.
