Recoveries Department Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Account Coordinator II to join our team at Global Lending Services. As a key member of our Recoveries Department, you will play a vital role in servicing active accounts and improving the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer/dealership disputes effectively
Assist customers and dealerships with total loss claims efficiently
Update dealership and customer accounts for accuracy to ensure seamless communication
Make outbound phone calls to consumers, dealers, insurance companies, or other 3rd party contacts in support of the assigned process
Provide constructive feedback and potential solutions to management regarding process efficiency and customer/dealer experience
Assist managers in training and supporting new associates
Cross-train and collaborate on departmental activities and responsibilities
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one (1) year of experience in a relevant customer service role required; automotive industry preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Detail-oriented and ability to multitask effectively
Extremely organized and able to meet upcoming time-sensitive deadlines
Exceptional oral and written communication skills to convey information accurately
Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new applications as required
Work Environment:
Must be flexible to work within departmental operating days and times, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-6:00 pm
The position does not require travel
Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment
Talk and hear to exchange accurate information
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures
