Job Summary:

SPEA America, a subsidiary of the SPEA S.p.A Group, is seeking a highly skilled Data Entry and Order Management Specialist for its Tyler Office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative and order processing tasks within the company.

Main Responsibilities:

The Data Entry and Order Management Specialist will be responsible for:

* Accurate and timely management of incoming orders, including registration, processing, verification of product availability, and shipment coordination
* Generation of spare parts quotations based on incoming requests from the Sales Group, Customer Support Group, or customers directly
* Ensuring compliance with ITAR and customer AVL requirements

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent degree in a related field
* Previous experience in administrative or order processing roles
* Proficiency in order management software and office automation applications
* Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and organizational skills
* Retail attitude and precision
* Multitasking skills and time management
* Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently

Work Environment:
