Medical Professional for Patient-Centered Care

PureView Health Center is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our medical team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to our community.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to assess patient health and develop personalized care plans
Provide counseling and education on health issues, including diet, nutrition, and emotional and mental health
Order and interpret medical laboratory tests and X-rays, and provide treatment for diagnosed conditions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
Stay up-to-date on the latest medical developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a medical or nursing field, or graduate degree in nursing with certification as a family nurse practitioner
Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program, with certification and licensure to practice in the State of Montana
One year of clinical practice experience, preferably in primary care and/or pediatric settings
Experience working with underserved populations a plus
