Nurse Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Professional Nurse to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
Responsibilities- Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
- Independently manage patient care, making decisions based on clinical judgment and expertise.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the State of Georgia.
- Minimum of two years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific.
- BSN degree preferred.
- National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
