Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive rehabilitation programs to patients with a range of therapy needs
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional lifestyle
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to empower them to manage their care
  • Participate in continuing education, journal clubs, and staff mentoring to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., occupational therapy, physical therapy)
  • No prior clinical experience necessary, but demonstrates knowledge and skill in a broad range of therapy services and settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Florida
