## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acute Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to join our team at Telecare El Dorado County Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician.

## Responsibilities

* Provide safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
* Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options.
* Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure continuity of care and coordination of services.
