Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and update project schedules to prevent delays and ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct quality inspections and address any issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Assist in budget management and cost forecasting to ensure the project stays within budget.
  • Serve as the on-site contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular reports to the project team and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • 3-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and using construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of subcontractors and construction staff.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
