Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing them with information about our company culture and job opportunities.
  • Coordinate and participate in local job fairs, community events, and organization visits to promote our brand and attract potential candidates.
  • Manage and update our applicant database, ensuring that all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
  • Generate reports and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
  • Communicate regularly with division management and Regional Recruiter to ensure that our recruitment efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment is preferred, but not required.
