At Transforce, we're committed to providing food products that keep our customers ahead of demand and services that help them run their operations efficiently. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in our team, ensuring timely and safe delivery of our products to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Safely Operate a Truck: Drive our trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times, ensuring the safety of our drivers and the public.
  • Unload Products: Carefully unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, and place them in designated customer storage areas.
  • Verify Delivery: Verify the accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures.
  • Handle Collections: Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience.
  • Perform Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections to ensure our vehicles are in good working condition.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift.
  • Weather Conditions: Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
Requirements:
  • FMCSA Clearinghouse: Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • CDL: Must have a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • Commercial Driving Experience: Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
  • Manual Transmission: Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.
