As a Bellman at Cape Resorts Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your primary duties will include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, and escorting them to their rooms. You will also be responsible for maintaining the front of the hotel and parking lot, ensuring they are free from debris and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
- Assist guests with luggage, ensuring timely delivery to their rooms.
- Maintain the front of the hotel and parking lot, ensuring they are clean and free from debris.
- High school or equivalent education required.
- One to two years of experience in a public contact position.
- Valid driver's license (recommended).
- Good communication skills and a professional, welcoming personality.
