Position: Bellman

Reports to: Valet Supervisor/FOM/GM

Position Overview:

Attend to guest needs, including, but not limited to, greeting guest, assisting with luggage and escorting guest to their room.

These duties may be described as, but not limited to:
  • Greet and welcome guest upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with luggage and ensuring delivery in a timely matter.
  • Make certain that the front of the hotel and parking lot in free from debris.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Valid DL (recommended, not required
  • Good communication skills.
  • Professional, Welcoming and Out-going personality.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent education required.
  • One to two years in a public contact position.
