Key Responsibilities- Verify and reconcile financial transactions, including cash and credit card payments
- Perform audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage and secure cash and cash equivalents, adhering to cash handling policies and procedures
- Organize and maintain financial records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with document retention policies
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and analyses to management and other stakeholders
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in financial auditing, accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel
