Residential Treatment Program Director

">About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Treatment Program Director to join our team at AMIkids Savannah River, Inc. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our residential treatment program, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.">Job SummaryThe Residential Treatment Program Director will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our residential treatment program, including personnel, budgets, and program outcomes. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.">Key Responsibilities• Oversee the development and implementation of our residential treatment program
• Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability
• Conduct regular reviews of program outcomes and metrics
• Provide guidance and support to assigned staff members
• Represent the program at meetings and legal proceedings as required
• Administer first aid and CPR during emergencies
• Participate in positive reinforcement, interdisciplinary, and care review meetings
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned">Requirements• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum five years' experience in a related field, preferably working with youth
• State certification or experience working under direct supervision of a certified program director, according to state statutes preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
