Job Title: Seasonal Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Ambassador to join our team at Lush Handmade Cosmetics. As a Seasonal Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our unique and innovative products.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including their ingredients, benefits, and uses.
  • Effectively communicate the values and mission of Lush Handmade Cosmetics to customers and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a sense of community and teamwork among colleagues.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of natural beauty and skincare products, or a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
