Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Specialist Senior to join our team at Advanced Systems Technology, Inc. This role requires a strong background in aircraft electrical systems and component maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, inspect, and repair T-6 and T-38 electrical/battery systems and in-shop repairs of electrical components.
  • Operate ground support equipment and use technical orders to isolate faults and repair assigned equipment.
  • Perform on-the-job training of new employees and assist in the development of less skilled personnel.
  • Assist the section lead and perform duties as required in their absence.
  • Follow technical data, manuals, regulations, and other maintenance directives as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent working knowledge of aircraft electrical systems and component maintenance.
  • Completion of high school or equivalent required; specialized courses desired.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of aircraft electrical experience required.
  • Good verbal and written skills, leadership ability, and ability to lift a minimum weight of 50 lbs.
Work Environment

This position is located at Sheppard Air Force Base, TX, with potential TDY to various CONUS locations.
