  • Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate the value and quality of our merchandise while sharing our current promotions and offering solutions for out-of-stock items when necessary.
  • Sales and Conversion: Demonstrate the appropriate level of selling skills to positively impact conversion and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the cashwrap.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display, and support and maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom.
  • Loss Prevention: Guarantee company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Skills and Behaviors: Excellent customer engagement, demonstrated time management and organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, and adaptability to changing priorities.
