Responsibilities
Drive sales by maintaining a consumer-focused mindset and employing effective selling techniques through genuine interactions with customers. Ensure the store is consistently organized and ready for consumers by adhering to brand standards. Utilize strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills to surpass sales targets. Regularly engage with customers in the store, delivering exceptional customer service. Follow policies, procedures, and practices that align with company directives.Skills Required
