Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience (approximately 3 years)
  • Experience in supervising teams, coaching, and conducting performance management discussions
  • Willingness to travel based on the program's requirements, with residency in the continental US and proximity to a BioLife location during the program
  • Physical capability for standing, walking, and performing job-related tasks
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Possession of a valid driver's license for the duration of the program
  • Physical fitness for lifting and other job-related activities
  • Other necessary physical abilities and compliance with safety measures for specific tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in adhering to SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and FDA regulations
  • Prior experience in a highly regulated environment
