We are a reputable automotive service center seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
  • Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
  • Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as necessary.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
