Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Germain Toyota of Columbus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail and Counter Parts Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Inventory Control: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and processing inventory.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Auto Parts Knowledge: Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
