We have a 15-provider primary care practice with multiple specialists on site, providing a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Patient encounters average 14-18 patients per day, offering a good balance of clinical and administrative responsibilities.
Call Frequency:
Approximately 1:1 phone consultation only with first-tier nurse triage, allowing for a manageable workload.
Openings:
0.80 FTE (Full Time) Flexible schedule, offering a great work-life balance.
We utilize a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) system, streamlining clinical workflows and improving patient care.

Responsibilities:
As a Family Medicine Physician at M Health Fairview Clinic – Maplewood, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with specialists, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
Board Certified/Board Eligible with the ABMS or AOA.
Licensed or able to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.
