- Support the development of new staff members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Engage in community service opportunities with New England Donor Services and participate in transplant day education and conferences.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a BSN preferred.
- Current BCLS certification or ability to obtain within one month of hire.
- Licensed and registered nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Clinical specialty certification highly encouraged.
The physical demands of this role include prolonged standing, walking, and use of sight, hearing, and touch. May be exposed to infectious diseases and physical, mental, and emotional illness as well as end of life conditions and death.
