About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Client Care Specialist to join our team at Addiction Recovery Care. As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our clients throughout their rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between various departments, including client care, medical staff, admission staff, nursing staff, and clinical staff.
  • Monitor medication passes and ensure the safe administration of medications.
  • Complete a daily security checklist to ensure a safe recovery environment.
  • Support daily operations within the facility, including clinical groups, meeting attendance, and medication administration.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe recovery environment within the facility and living quarters.
  • Assist and support Medical, Admission, Nursing, and Clinical staff to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
  • Perform follow-ups with client referral sources as directed by supervisor.
  • Develop and assist in the preparation of accurate written reports detailing client progress.
  • Orientate clients on admission and provide a warm welcome to our program.
  • Multi-task with attention to detail and interact with staff and clients in a professional manner.
  • Participate in staff and state regulatory training as required.
  • Communicate with applicable departments to ensure client safety.
  • Administer medication, take vital signs, and perform other tasks as required.
  • Adhere to program policies and procedures while maintaining a professional code of ethics.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Substance abuse experience preferred.
  • Appropriate State and Federal Clearances.
  • Must complete Crown Security Training and pass the relevant entry exam.
