Clinical Nurse Coordinator Trauma ICU Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Trauma ICU team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and quality of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Support staff development and education to promote excellence in nursing practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse diploma or associate degree required.
